This is one of the absolute BEST RECIPE BOOKS I’ve ever seen. And, believe it or not… it’s actually published by Health and Human Services (HHS). Yup… a government document paid for with your tax dollars. I’m not a huge fan of these publications… especially health oriented information as it’s usually too generic – like the food pyramid.
But, after reviewing this recipe book and trying a few of these recipes, I have to admit this one is just AWESOME… because it is so inclusive.
Let me explain what I mean:

One of the biggest problems for busy Moms (and Dads) who enroll in fitness, transformation, weight-management or lifestyle programs… is their KIDS.
I’ve experienced this with my own family. Kids simply DO NOT want to eat the same things that Moms and Dads need to eat as they transform lifestyles.
As a result, parents are forced to prepare two different meals or relegate the kids to unhealthy fast food take-out.
Yuck. No bueno!
