What Are You Eating Now?
Amanda Waters, a brilliant branded fitness professional, asks her new clients to create a rear view mirror of what their current eating plan looks like. Here’s an example of a 32-year old male who was hooked on fast food. Just imagine the menu… day after day after day….! Is it any wonder this poor guy was 210 lbs and 33% body-fat..?
He was absolutely shocked to see how his menu stacked up once the actual metrics were applied. It literally scared him into cleaning up his act… and fast. Sometimes, actually seeing the current eating behavior can be an incredible motivator!
His daily meal plan was similar to this:
- Breakfast: 2 Egg McMuffins, Orange Juice and Coffee
- Mid-morning snack: Starbucks Grande (16 oz.)
- Lunch: Double Cheese Whopper, French Fries and Medium Coke
- Snack: 2 Beers
- Dinner: 2 Slices of Pizza and a Large Mountain Dew
