What YOU Can Teach Your Clients

8-Week Weight-Management Curriculum Outline – Group Education

The following curriculum is a matrix of different course activities and concepts based on how numerous health clubs, corporate wellness programs, personal trainers and studios use the MAP SYSTEM, Daily Journals and Reference Manuals.

Please remember, there is no exact format. The best course is the one you develop for your own specific clientele or audience. You will, no doubt, modify and adjust this curriculum to meet your own requirements.

NOTE: This course does NOT require any physical activity whatsoever. It’s an educational course that can be taught anywhere… including corporations, schools, churches, community groups… etc.  Obviously, you’d want to promote your own training services.
