This is a comprehensive, group, interactive “guided curriculum” that creates individualized protocol for each participant and serves as an educational curriculum to teach basic human physiology. The advantage of this course is the fixed “cost of labor” spread over multiple participants. If eight (8) ten (10) or even twelve (12) people enroll, the labor costs remain the same.

For this example we use six (6) participants as the “group.”

Materials:

• Menu Activity/Planner (MAP) Subscription
• 8-week Daily Journal
• Reference Manual
• Optional Supplements •

Operations:

• Participant is provided a 1-hour fitness assessment/orientation including set-up on Menu Activity/Planner (MAP) Subscription – followed by seven (7) 60-minute group follow-ups (once a week for the next 7 weeks).  Note: One hour per client set-up (6 clients = 6 hours) plus seven (7) 1-hour group follow-ups (for all 6 clients) equals 13 hours total labor. • Each participant is paired up with a “buddy” within the group. (odd number gets administrator for a buddy)

• Participant is provided with a one-day menu plan and taught how to use his/her Menu Activity/Planner (MAP) Subscription to create their own personalized menu plans – (See tutorials for software demo/tutorials)

• Participant provided 8-Week Daily Journal.

• Participant provided nutrition and exercise Reference Manual

• Participant provided Menu Activity/Planner (MAP) Subscription (exclusive login information provided to client via email or in-person.

Client Participation:

• Participants create multiple personalized meal plans (at home) with the Menu Activity/Planner (MAP) Subscription. Menus will be reviewed together during Group Follow-up.

• Participants maintain daily tracking (nutrition / exercise) using the 8-Week Daily Journal as a tracking tool.

• Participants read assigned chapters in Reference Manual as assigned (chapter 1 .pdf). Material can be discussed during Group Follow-up

• Reference Manual Quizzes are optional and can be given at each Group Follow-up Session.

Equipment:

• Stand-alone Computer and Printer, Body-fat analyzer
