There are days when I know I’m going to burn a lot of calories… like when I’m out snow skiing for 6 hours.
I call this an “Enduro-Day” because it’s all about being fueled for a high activity day.
Perhaps you can relate if you go on full-day hikes, take part in river rafting or go on century cycle rides.
On these days, there’s not much need to worry about too much healthy dietary fat because your body’s energy expenditure is going to be significantly higher than normal.
So, on those days, it’s all about fueling!
