Great question!  We decided to offer these websites specifically because our health and fitness partners were  dissatisfied with the time, effort and money it takes to operate and manage the other eCommerce platforms, including Shopify, Squarespace and Wix.  While they are all good platforms they ended up being more expensive and time consuming. 

Our approach is to build and manage the store for you so that you can focus on your primary business.

Each eCommerce website is set-up as as an independent WordPress website with WooCommerce as the shopping cart and PayPal as the payment gateway.  All shipping is integrated with USPS.  Here's a line list of everything you receive:  

• Domain Name:  We secure a domain name based on your business name:  Ex:  If your website is: www.LeanForLife.com we would secure a domain: www.LeanForLifeStore.com or www.LeanForLifeApparel.com

• Complete Done-For-You WordPress Website:  We build a complete WordPress website on your behalf.  Each individual website will include:
  • Your Brand in the header
  • Images of Models wearing YOUR BRAND 
  • An about page for you and your business 
  • An Opt-in form for lead capture

• Hosting:  Your website will be hosted on a secure managed WordPress hosting server.  This makes it secure and super-fast since our hosting platform is "tweaked" specifically for WordPress websites.

• Back-ups:  All websites are backed-up nightly (database) and weekly (full back-up) so if the worse case scenario ever occurred, you'd be up and running within 24 hours. 

• WooCommerce Shopping Cart:  We fully integrate the WooCommerce Shopping Cart into your website allowing your clients to shop on all devices from smartphones and tablets to laptops and desktops.   The shopping cart includes images of your branded products. 

• Images:  We create over 200 apparel and accessory images with YOUR LOGO. 

• PayPal Integration:  We fully integrate your own PayPal account into your branded store so your clients can easily make a direct payment for their orders using Visa, MasterCard, Amex, Discover or PayPal.  

• Email Notification:  Via a proprietary email set-up with our hosting platform, you'll be notified whenever customers place orders.   You'll also be notified every time an order has been completed and shipped along with tracking numbers.  Your customers will receive order processing notifications, too. 

• Updates and Upgrades:  All websites are "living breathing" things that continue to grow, evolve and improve.  We will manage all core code updates as well as plugin upgrades as they occur.  This will be invisible to you as we manage all of this tech stuff on the back end. 

• Administration:  All website administration duties are handled by us.  At the end of the day, your only responsibility is to help drive traffic to your brand store and ultimately promote and sell your own branded products.

On average, your online store will be up and running within 14 business days.  If there is a lot of customization it could take a few days longer.  We communicate with you throughout the entire build out process.

The profit margins on apparel are not high.  So, if your sole purpose in haivng an online apparel eCommerce website is strictly to generate revenue, you should NOT do it. 

This is about brand building, scaling and creating an online presence along with generating revenues.

Additional products are available upon request for an additional charge.  The minimum product add-on is $15 per product.  Products requiring extensive design work will be more based on the labor and design requirements.

Yes.   There many more products including some very fancy "full garment" designed products available.  Depending on the design, we typically charge $15 per additional product.  The full garment designs are more and cost is based on which garment and complexity of the design.  You'll alway receive an estimate before any additional work is started.

Yes.  We can create and upload as many designs as you wish to display, however, this would be above our standard set-up and would be an upcharge.  We will always provide you with an estimate based on your exact requirements.

Yes and No!  Almost all images are printed front and center except on some garments like the button-down polo shirts and some of the jackets. 

You may request different placement on any product via email or phone when we build out your website.  There is no extra charge for revised logo placements. 

There is only one image per item.  We do NOT print both front and back unless requested at an additional charge. 

Yes.  In fact, you'll be able to order from your own online store.  Remember, the printing facility already has your credit card on file and ONLY charges you for the wholesale cost of your branded items.  So, while it appears you are paying retail... you're really not since the profit is immediately sent to your PayPal account and your credit card is only processed for the wholesale amount. (see the chart on this page). 

If you are purchasing in huge bulk (over 100 units), you can call us and we'll negotiate whatever discounts are available on your behalf. 

Yes. In fact we encourage you to set your own pricing.  Upon ordering your website we will send to you a Wholesale/Retail price sheet in MS Excel format.

Then, you simply email the spreadsheet to us and we'll make it all happen!

Yes! Talk about a time saver for YOU!  Once we have your logo we make two (2) versions:

1.) Positive (for light colored garments and accessories)

2.) Reversed (for the dark colored garments and accessories)

Then, we place YOUR LOGO as large as possible on over 200 product images making your apparel and accessories available in wide variety of colors and sizes. 

After that we upload them to your eCommerce / Drop ship website along with full descriptions and sizing charts. 

BRANDED HEADERS:  We also create and include beautiful graphic headers with professional models wearing your logo.  These branded headers appear on all product pages.   

Unfortunately, we do NOT ship internationally.

There are so many variables on international orders including taxes, duties, various postage options, tracking difficulties etc., that we decided it would be best for us to focus on domestic U.S. customers to ensure the success of our fitness partners. 

Yes.  You will need a PayPal business account.  We recognize there are several different payment gateways - but, we've learned over time that PayPal is the most TRUSTED payment system among consumers. 

Also, using a single payment gateway allows us to monitor and track all transactions in the most efficient and expeditious manner possible.  This is especially important if there's an issue. 

Yes and No...  The current price for the Ultimate WebSuite is $4,399 + $199/mth. which includes the Digital Welcome Kit, eCommerce Supplement Site and Onboard 101 course. 

At current pricing, the Ultimate Web Suite plus the eCommerce Apparel Drop Ship website would total: $5,698 + $298/mth.  While we can not discount the website buildout, as an Ultimate WebSuite Administrator, we will discount the entire recurring monthly not to exceed just $249 -  saving almost $50 per month. 

IMPORTANT NOTE: Most likely you were an early "action taker"  and your Ultimate WebSuite recurring is less than $199/mth.  If that describes YOU, the $169/mth will remain intact for this branded, proprietary eCommerce / Dropship Website.
