All downloads are in a compressed .ZIP FILE FORMAT.  Upon completion of the download, double-click on the .ZIP FILE and a File Folder will pop out.  Inside the file folder are your Mini-Motivator Videos.  There are 14 Mini-Motivator Videos in each FOLDER (14 x 4 = 56).
