Find Your Fitness Niche

Find Your Fitness Niche….

Sure… you can probably take just about anybody and train them toward better health.

But that kind of “generalization” also means you’re competing with 100% of all clubs, studios and other fitness professionals.

So, how do you differentiate yourself from the competition?

🚀 Add a niche to your training services – especially if you offer it “online” with specific workouts and additional content.

For example, I’m a skier.

✅   I pay a trainer in Colorado $20/month for his online training videos (evergreen) because he “speaks my language” and focuses specifically on movements related to skiing.

Plus, he’s always adding new exercises and demonstrates various techniques on skis as well as in the gym (additional content).

Here are a few niches our fitness partners offer:

✅   Steve Nunno’s niche is FIRST RESPONDERS – mostly firefighters who he not only trains, but helps them to pass their CPAT tests.

✅   Brian Dexter’s niche is LONG HAUL TRUCKERS. He has a video series showing truckers how to use resistance bands on their rigs (at truck stops) — as well as a bunch of isometrics they can perform while driving. A trucking association actually pays a flat fee subscription for all their drivers.

✅    Tiffany Wilcox and Dimitri Golinski both target on-the-road SALES PROFESSIONALS.  They offer resistance band routines that can be performed in a motel/hotel room. “Every room has this door knob, so hook your band here…”

For additional content, Tiffany added over 800 different healthy food venues in over 100 cities across the U.S. — so her traveling subscribers can eat healthy, too!

Fitness Niches We’ve Seen

✅   Left-Handed Athletes

✅   The Over 50+ Fitness Enthusiast

✅   Sport Specific (Baseball, Football, Soccer, Hockey, Wrestling, Golf, Swimming, etc)

✅   Musicians (symphony players to rock ‘n rollers)

✅   Kid’s Sports (parents may enroll with their kids)

You can still be a “generalist” but adding an “online” niche service opens your business to a global market interested in your particular offer.

Think of it as a giant magnet!
